Dear Friends,

We’re humbled by the love and support we’ve received over the past few months and now that we’ve finally launched, we’re just so happy that so many of you have joined us during this busy time of year.

We have some very exciting things planned for 2014 and we can’t wait to begin to share them with you!  We’re very serious about creating the web’s premiere online resource for photography education and community.  We’re also committed to keeping it real and staying true to who we are, not just as photographers, but as friends.    The Photographer Within couldn’t exist without you and we believe that friendship and a lot of hard work are what will make The Photographer Within grow and become the very best that it can be.

In October, the three of us met in Orlando to meet with our web developers and plan for the coming year.   During our team photo shoot, we had the idea to do a holiday shot while we were together.  What started off as a plan to hang some twinkle lights turned into a morning of hunting for Christmas sweaters and antlers.  The end product?  Well, if you’ve ever wondered what would happen if you walked into a mall studio and asked for “awkward family photos”, here’s the answer.  If you open the link on your phone or tablet you will be able to keep the mobile album forever (and you might want to, because there’s some fantastic posing inspiration!)!

Based on our first week of being live, 2014 promises to be a year filled with fantastic photography discussion and inspiration, new cocktail ideas and a time to reconnect with old friends and make new ones! We can’t wait to learn and grow with you.

Wishing peace and love to you and your families now and throughout the new year!

Love,
Lynne, Sarah, & Jes
